The NOC Lead role at CDS is responsible for
coordinating and supporting the different skills set of the NOC Analyst
during daily operating tasks of systems and network engineering
support. Management specific duties included; communicating with

aware of issues from inception through resolution per documented guidelines,
shift reports detailing daily operating tasks, incident management reports
for escalated events. Project work included developing solutions and managed
work for virtual machine and physical machine decommission, QA for asset

availability, monitoring analyzing and troubleshooting systems and networking
